Did you guess the correct asking price?
For this week’s
Pricespotter, one person in the comments guessed the exact
asking price of this very pink Upper East Side co-op, and that
was—drumroll, please—Views4Days. The price
tag for the apartment is $795,000.
The one-bedroom apartment, as we
previously said, is filled with lots of pink details, so it
would need some work if you’re not a fan of that color. It comes
with six closets, including a a walk-in one, a dishwasher, one
bathroom, and a decently sized living room.
It sits within a 21-story building that has an elevator, a gym,
